We attempt to process your orders as promptly as possible. A $10 or 10% cancellation fee, which ever is of lesser value will be incurred on all canceled orders. Thank you.

We will accept returns within 14 days of original purchase.

All items must be in the exact condition they were in when shipped out to you. Packages must be unopened and clothing cannot be worn, used, or laundered as well as the bedding. If purchases are returned then your credit card will be charged a 25% restocking fee for processing all returns plus a flat $5 shipping charge for all items that originally shipped for free. Any items that are returned to us not in the condition as they were mailed to the buyer will not receive a refund and will be refused by SwankyOutlet.com If you purchase items from us then you must agree to our returns policy. Before an item can be returned, you must contact us via email or phone to receive an RMA number to process your return. We are unable to process your return without an RMA number so please make sure you contact us in advance before you send back any items.

Any Chargebacks placed with your credit card will be the sole responsibility of the credit card owner, and Last Season, LLC. dba SwankyOutlet.com will not be held liable nor responsible for those chargebacks. If there are any malicious or faulty chargebacks against Last Season, LLC., then the appropriate authorities will be notified and any/or all damages and costs will be paid for by the card owner in and of themself.
